Through our transformative leadership development programs, we train high school and college students to channel their passion into real change. Fellows develop foundational leadership and advocacy skills while directing campaigns that normalize plant-based eating and reduce animal product consumption.
Factory farming is one of the most destructive industries on our planet. Industrialized animal agriculture poses health risks to local communities and workers, confines billions of land and sea animals each year, and is a leading driver of our climate crisis.
Our fellows build and lead campaigns and organizations. They then recruit, educate, and mentor their peers, creating a student-led movement that’s sustainable and far-reaching.

The Leadership Academy connected me to peers who are just as passionate as I am about creating a more just and sustainable world.
Hearing from guest speakers in the movement made me realize that I, too, can make a difference for the planet, animals, and humans in my future career.
This community equipped me with knowledge and new perspectives. Leaving this experience, I can say that I feel confident embarking on future endeavors with a solid support system behind me.
