In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of the in-person and virtual events that bring New Roots Institute's community of fellows, alumni, and partners together. The Event Manager works closely with the Program Operations team to manage every detail of these convenings — from logistics and vendors to participant experience — anchored by our flagship Leadership Summit, ensuring these gatherings strengthen the network and advance the movement to end factory farming.
In this role, you will help build the systems and processes that keep New Roots Institute's fundraising accurate, organized, and scalable. The Development Specialist works closely with the Head of Development to manage grant tracking, ensure donor data is accurate, and support stewardship efforts, positioning the organization to grow its resources and impact in the movement to end factory farming.
In this role, you will own the financial and operational infrastructure that makes New Roots Institute's work possible. The Director of Finance & Operations partners directly with senior leadership to ensure the organization remains financially healthy, operationally sound, and positioned to grow its impact in the movement to end factory farming.
In this role, you will provide strategic guidance, financial oversight, and governance as part of New Roots Institute’s highest level of leadership. Board members champion the mission to end factory farming, ensuring the organization remains mission-aligned, sustainable, and positioned for long-term impact across all areas of its work.
