
In this role, you will lead a team to deliver a high-impact fellowship experience that equips fellows with the knowledge, skills, and leadership capacity to drive institutional and cultural change.
In this role, you will work with senior management, functioning as the connective tissue between departments, and owning the meetings, communication flows, and planning processes that keep directors coordinated and the organization moving with clarity.
In this role, you will provide strategic guidance, financial oversight, and governance as part of New Roots Institute’s highest level of leadership. Board members champion the mission to end factory farming, ensuring the organization remains mission-aligned, sustainable, and positioned for long-term impact across all areas of its work.
