In this role, you will tell the story of the impact New Roots Institute has on the next generation of leaders in the movement to end factory farming while building and nurturing engaged communities across social media platforms.
In this role, you will lead New Roots Institute’s campaigns strategy, empowering fellows to run advocacy campaigns that create structural and behavioral change on their campuses and in their communities. You will guide a team of campaign staff, shape campaign partnerships and infrastructure, and ensure fellow-led campaigns are well-supported, effective, and intentionally designed to advance fellows’ learning and leadership development.
In this role, you will provide strategic guidance, financial oversight, and governance as part of New Roots Institute’s highest level of leadership. Board members champion the mission to end factory farming, ensuring the organization remains mission-aligned, sustainable, and positioned for long-term impact across all areas of its work.
