In this role, you will lead our relationship-based recruitment efforts, and help us build talented, motivated, and diverse cohorts of fellows. The Recruitment and Outreach Manager will be an outward-facing ambassador for New Roots, identifying and engaging promising prospective applicants, cultivating partnerships with educators and organizations, and generating excitement about our programs.
In this role, you will lead New Roots Institute’s technology strategy while taking a hands-on role in bringing it to life. The Head of Technology will oversee our technology ecosystem, build custom tools and integrations, and identify opportunities to use automation and AI to make our work more efficient and impactful.
In this role, you will provide strategic guidance, financial oversight, and governance as part of New Roots Institute’s highest level of leadership. Board members champion the mission to end factory farming, ensuring the organization remains mission-aligned, sustainable, and positioned for long-term impact across all areas of its work.
