Evelyn holds a B.S. in Law and Legal Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to working for New Roots Institute, she served in the U.S. Army for more than 18 years. Evelyn strives to leave the world a better place than she found it and sees just and sustainable food systems as a key step in the right direction. Evelyn is a dedicated wife, mother, and amateur springboard and platform diver.
