In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that effectively reach and engage diverse audiences. This role is crucial for ensuring consistent and persuasive messaging across all platforms, while building the communication infrastructure necessary to scale the organization's influence and effectiveness.
In this role, you'll visually communicate the impact of New Roots Institute's work to a wide range of external audiences ensuring that every visual touchpoint effectively amplifies the organization's mission, engages its audiences, and directly supports its financial sustainability.
In this role, you’ll shape and execute data-driven fundraising strategies, steward a growing portfolio of major donors, and collaborate with senior management to translate big-picture goals into compelling, impact-focused campaigns. We’re looking for someone with at least five years of supervisory experience, a record of securing major gifts, and deft project-management skills.
Through our leadership development programs, New Roots Institute trains high school and college students to become powerful advocates for ethical, sustainable food systems. We are building a growing network of effective leaders in the movement to end factory farming.
