Since 2020, New Roots Institute has been delivering interactive high school and college lessons in New York City about the connections between industrial animal agriculture and current key issues impacting us all.

In 2023, New Roots Institute was chosen by the Mayor's Office to provide education to classrooms across New York City as an official food education service provider. To date, we've reached one-fifth of public high schools in the city.
